INGREDIENTS
In a tall glass add,
- Half a lemon, in slices
- A whole lime, in quarters
- A generous pint of fresh garden mint
- 50ml sugar syrup
- 50ml Rogue Rum
- Muddle it all together
- Fill with crushed ice and lift it all up with a bar spoon
- Charge with club soda
- To top it off, garnish with a sprig of fresh lime
