As refreshing as an oasis in the middle of the desert. This classic mojito is made exceptional with the Rogue Fynbos Spiced Rum. Enjoy the uplifting medley of citrus and mint with a rich rum backbone.


In a tall glass add,

  • Half a lemon, in slices
  • A whole lime, in quarters
  • A generous pint of fresh garden mint
  • 50ml sugar syrup
  • 50ml Rogue Rum
  • Muddle it all together
  • Fill with crushed ice and lift it all up with a bar spoon
  • Charge with club soda
  • To top it off, garnish with a sprig of fresh lime
